| Mike Masterton 01 October 2002 21:00:14 | Brian Matthew played a single by The Outlaws called Huskey Team this consisted of Roy Phillips on Guitar /Tab Martin Bass / & Ricky Winter Drums. Brian went on to explain that Roy went on to switch to Organ along with Tab on Bass,but he couldn't remember Trevor Morais' name,just said another Drummer. Anyway I had my tape running so I caught it,& it's good,anybody know anthing about the recording ? Mike Masterton. |

| Brian Smith 07 October 2002 12:08:40 | "Husky Team" was the third track on the Outlaws' LP "Dream of the West", issued by HMV in 1961. It was reissued on CD on 1991 by BGO Records, catalogue no. BGO CD 118. My copy came from Cheap or What? whose URL appears below. If it's unavailable I could probably help you. The personnel listed on the album notes are Billy Kuy, Reg Hawkins, Chas Hodges and Bobbie Graham - but everybody and his brother seems to have played for the various Joe Meek bands at some time or another.
