I lived in Torquay at the time and there was then a very good night life - I travelled round night clubs/hotels taking photos of people for a living and the Peddlers were very reminiscent of the type of live cabaret act you'd get those days. Very very classey. I just love that Hammond sound, especially those bassy jazzy chords- you can't beat it. |
