Mike Masterton 04 November 2002 18:30:46 | Only seven (7) day's to go for the new Box Set,can't wait for the extra track's & booklet, plus the remastering of the old. Anybody else feel the same. Can we not discuss what we like/dislike? about the group, what do you have in your collection's ?.When you first heard them, your favorite track, whatever. Me,I love the way they interperate song's,the only one maybe I not sure of is "In the Summertime" I think Roy got that wrong,it should be up tempo, although Roy does it layed back so it's still good,my favorite,my goodness where do you start,"Smile" Ilove that, great vocal's, great Hammond, that is a GREAT album anyway play that alot."Live at the Pickwick" great atmasphere on this album, and you get "Gassin'" I love instrumentals LIVE.The list goes on what do I dislike,NOT being able to see them,it's been year's since I saw them at the "Lewisham Town Hall",back in the '70s I think it was,yes THAT long. Anyway, that's my bit for what it's worth, anybody else? Oh I forgot "Girly P.S. I Love you my Girly" the album version again nice Hammond/Piano good Bass & Drum's need I say more NO. |
